Vintage1Vibe uses 3rd party shipping companies for all order deliveries.

White-glove delivery is an additional option depending on the destination, at an additional charge.

 

For all  items purchased in our store, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Standard order processing for in-store purchases is generally 2 to 4 weeks, with the exception of pre-ordered and custom-made chairs.

Please check your order for any damage upon delivery of the item. On the very rare occasion an item is damaged during shipping, do not accept delivery. Please document any damage and notify us immediately. In this case, we will work with you to process the refund or a replacement chair.
